Inversiones Popatlal, S.L.
Commercially known as COMERCIAL HISPANO BRASILEÑA (CHB), Inversiones Popatlal S.L. is a third generation family business founded in 1980 mainly dedicated to the import of fashion garments for wholesale.
For more than 40 years it has designed and sold thousands of garments and accessories for men, women and children, ensuring a balance between quality/price. The guarantee of this balance is reflected in an excellent track record, good reputation and brand awareness in the tourism sector in the Canary Islands.
The garments, mainly manufactured in Thailand, India, China and Indonesia*, are distributed from its two warehouses, located in the Polígono Costa Sur in Tenerife (825 m2) and the Polígono del Sebadal in Las Palmas (400 m2).
*All factories have the BSCI certificate" (Business Social Compliance Initiative), a code of responsible ethical conduct created by the Foreign Trade Association of Europe with the aim of involving all links in the production chain in a series of measures that guarantee full compliance with labour rights and minimum production standards.

2010:
The company expands its operations into the retail sector while maintaining its focus on wholesale. For this, it creates Frailova Canarias S.L., dedicated to managing boutiques within hotels, starting with Hotel Anthelia Iberostar, Riu Buenavista and Roca Nivaria. Due to its success, new spaces were opened in the Riu Arecas and the Riu Palace. However, the Riu chain gradually decides to phase out the retail outlets within its hotels, leading to the closure of the shops at the Riu Buenavista, Riu Arecas and Riu Palace in 2019.
Opening of COCO BEACH on Paseo San Telmo in Los Cristianos. Closed in 2020 due to the Covid crisis..
VALMI
Opening of VALMI, in the Aquamarina shopping centre in Puerto Colón. Closed in 2020 due to the Covid crisis.
Opening of 2 new stores inside the Hotel Roca Nivaria, keeping the first store, 2 more stores will be opened, being able to specialise each shop; Roca Boutique, Roca Bikini and Roca Bazar.
Opening of a shop in the Jardines de Nivaria Hotel.
